Website Privacy Policy (The Legal Stuff)
On 25th May 2018, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) comes into effect. This new EU wide legislation brings in new rules for any organisation that deals with personal data. GDPR allows individuals more control over who has access to their personal information, and what that information is used for.
The only information I request from you is what is needed to complete your order, for example: Name, address, contact email address, photographs.
Your personal information is stored on a password protected computer which only I have access to. The information is not duplicated on any external hard drive.
Once your order is complete, we keep your information for a maximum of 30 days (in case of any disputes). After 30 days your information is permanently deleted.
On occasions, it is necessary for me to share your information with Third Parties. These are listed below:
Facebook: By contacting me through Facebook Messenger you acknowledge that this information, even if deleted by me, is still held by Facebook. You can find out more details about Facebooks Privacy on their website.
Etsy: I share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.
All payments, whether via my website, Facebook, or Etsy are taken through PayPal. PayPal are PCI DSS compliant and also have their own privacy policy.
